This is an instructor led on-line course using an interactive platform to provide the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to efficiently and safely operate UOP Merox Extraction Units. Led by experienced UOP process specialists, the course covers process flow and equipment, unit operation, analytical procedures, maintenance procedures, and safety. To ensure the practical application of knowledge, examples include normal operations, startup, shutdown, and troubleshooting.
During the on-line lectures, the UOP team of Merox experts will also be available in addition to the speaker to answer questions submitted by the audience through the chat function. The most frequently asked questions will be compiled and addressed by the instructor in depth during the final one hour session. The Q&A from the online lectures will be compiled and made available on the Portal FAQ’s.
Questions containing sensitive information regarding operation of a specific unit or requiring a longer response will be answered confidentially using the customer’s account on the UOP Customer Portal.
Recordings of each session will be made available under each participant’s company account on the UOP Customer Portal at www.accessuop.com.
